Welcome to the! “Chor Police” Vacation Bible School! Are you ready to put on your police hat and running shoes for some real chor chasing fun? You guessed it! It’s time to decorate your church with a castle theme, put some police badges or stars on the walls, and turn up the speakers with chasing music. This vacation Bible school has an evangelistic focus. Your students will learn stories from the life of Jesus Christ each day in an exciting way with homemade clay. Over the week they will discover God’s ultimate plan for salvation with five key Bible verses from the book of Romans (known in some countries and denominations as the “Roman’s Road.”) The students will learn that God sees everyone and knows all the bad things people think, say, or do. Sin separates people from God and requires punishment. Jesus chose to be punished for all the bad things people do instead of seeing people be punished. His finished sacrifice is optional and requires a choice from people to take it or not. You can lead students to ask Jesus to forgive them and thank Him for taking the punishment they deserve and promise to follow God the rest of their lives. You can encourage your students to become messengers of the good news they learned at VBS to everyone they know. Each lesson is supported with a super-fun drama/skit that will kick-off each day of your Vacation Bible School with laughter.
